At the consumer’s express request, the provision of services may begin before the end of the 14 (fourteen) calendar day withdrawal period.

If the consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract after the provision of services has already started at their express request, the consumer must pay a proportional amount for the services actually provided up to the moment they notify JSC Buyeu Europe of their decision to withdraw.

The provision of services is considered to have started when the consumer actually begins using the infrastructure provided by JSC Buyeu Europe, including cases where the consumer shops in third-party online stores and indicates the warehouse address provided by JSC Buyeu Europe for delivery of goods.

In such a case, the consumer confirms that they:

  • request the service to begin before the end of the withdrawal period;
  • understand that if they withdraw from the contract, they will have to pay a proportional amount for the services provided before withdrawal;

8. Tavaroiden ostopalvelu

8.3 Ulkomaisten verkkokauppojen myyjät antavat oman maansa lakien mukaisesti ostettujen tavaroiden laadusta tietyn tyyppisille tavaroille tietyn ajan voimassa olevan takuun, jonka määräaika ja muut ehdot on määritelty tavaran kuvauksissa.

8.3.1 Tarkemmat tiedot tuotteiden takuuehdoista löytyvät ulkomaisten verkkokauppojen kuvauksista.

UAB Buyeu Europe voi asiakkaan pyynnöstä pyytää myyjältä laskun asiakkaan ilmoittamilla tiedoilla sekä muita tavaran ostoon liittyviä asiakirjoja.
